Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Seller information
The website and store are operated by Haven Digital Ventures BV, a Belgian private limited company (besloten vennootschap / BV), with its registered office at Ankerrui 20, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium.
Enterprise number: to be confirmed before final publication. Register of Legal Entities (RPR): Antwerp, Antwerp division. Contact: support@theodyssey-movie.com.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to orders placed through the FilmHaven website. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
3. Products and availability
Product pages describe the digital and physical editions. Availability, format, delivery method and restrictions are shown on the product page or at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment verification.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, currency, taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before an order is submitted. Payments are intended to be processed through WolvPay. FilmHaven does not request or store private wallet keys. Payment status must be verified before an order is treated as paid.
5. Digital products and delivery
Digital access is provided electronically after payment verification and order acceptance. Download links may be time-limited; the expiry period will be stated in the delivery email or product information. Do not share, resell or publicly distribute digital content.
If a download link fails, contact support. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
6. Right of withdrawal and digital content
Consumers generally have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost only after the legally required prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgement of the loss of that right, and confirmation on a durable medium. Merely accepting these terms does not automatically waive a statutory right.
7. Physical products, shipping and returns
Shipping charges and delivery information will be stated before purchase. Consumers retain statutory rights relating to conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination and withdrawal where applicable.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, design and original materials are protected by law. Film titles, artwork, trademarks and third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. No copyright ownership is transferred by a purchase.
9. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate order information and must not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access or infringe third-party rights.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights. This does not affect statutory remedies for non-conforming goods or digital content.
11. Support and complaints
Contact support@theodyssey-movie.com. Include your order reference. Never send passwords or private wallet keys.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of protections afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory rules.
14. Changes
Updated terms apply to future orders. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when that order was placed.
